Forward your phone to the number shown in your dashboard. Setup is simple:
iPhone: Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → toggle on → enter your Chloé number
Android: Phone app → Settings (or three dots) → Call Forwarding → Always Forward → enter your Chloé number
Once enabled, all incoming calls will be answered by your AI secretary. You can toggle forwarding on and off anytime.
Go to Settings → Secretary in your dashboard. You can change the name your AI secretary uses when greeting callers. The change takes effect immediately on new calls.
Go to Billing in your dashboard and click Upgrade. You can move from Starter to Standard or Pro at any time. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Go to Billing in your dashboard and click Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Your secretary will continue answering calls until the end of your current billing period.
Your secretary never stops answering calls. Once your included minutes are used up, additional minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute overage rate. You can also buy top-up minute bundles from the Billing page in your dashboard for a better per-minute rate.
Go to Leads in your dashboard and click Export CSV. This downloads all your captured leads with names, phone numbers, call dates, and lead temperatures.
